Guarantee on defects:
We guarantee each pen we sell to be new/unused and in proper writing condition. If you receive a pen that is not working properly we will gladly replace any defective parts or products.
If you are not happy with the products you have purchased you can return any un-inked pens or items in new condition to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. A return must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase. If your pen has been inked and is without defect but you are unhappy with it contact us and we can discuss exchange options. The return of non-defective items is subject to a restocking fee of the actual cost of shipping in cases where free shipping was applied to the order. Postage for any returns is not covered by FPR and is the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product or purchase. In addition, we cannot accept pens or nibs if they have been modified in any way.
