Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the US on orders over $49 and international orders over $149 if they are under 0.5lb (225g) excluding Mexico and India. We do not ship paper products internationally under the "free shipping" option. Orders generally ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS at carrier established rates. Each shipment is guaranteed to arrive safely and in a timely fashion. This means if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged we will replace the item at our cost. FPR is not responsible for any customs duties that international orders may incur. All shipments have tracking via either USPS or UPS. If you did not receive your tracking number we are happy to provide one upon request.

Guarantee on defects:
We guarantee each pen we sell to be new/unused and in proper writing condition. If you receive a pen that is not working properly we will gladly replace any defective parts or products.
Returns:
If you are not happy with the products you have purchased you can return any un-inked pens or items in new condition to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. A return must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase. If your pen has been inked and is without defect but you are unhappy with it contact us and we can discuss options. The return of non-defective items is subject to a restocking fee of the actual cost of shipping in cases where free shipping was applied to the order. Postage for any returns is not covered by FPR and is the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product or purchase. In addition, we cannot accept pens or nibs if they have been modified in any way.

Excellent pen
Everything I hoped and expected from this pen. It is a pleasure to use, and my calligraphy skills are improving as I no longer wrestle with the vaguaries of ink flow with a dip pen. The ultra flex nib is just that - beautiful lines. I have the black pen which is stylish looking. Well balanced, beautiful appearance, love the magnetic cap. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Not to mention a really good price too!
Big fan
Great pen especially for the price. Can be a little slow to start but not a big deal. It did come with a scratch on the lid because the packaging wasn't great, but that's not the one's fault.

The fit and feel is great.... sometimes it doesn't hold as much ink as I would like, but a quick shake remedies that. I love my fountain pens, and love your products... and inks, too... you have some fun ones!
Fantastic flex
I bought two of these with the ultraflex nibs about a year ago. I've inked them multiple times, with everything from 5:2 (ink/water) diluted Noodler's Saguaro Wine (great flow, beautiful shading) to OS Nitrogen. The flow is a little dry with the sheening inks, if I pause too long (to be expected). Overall, the flex is lovely. I was a little worried about springing the nib, but even kind of pushing the limits, that hasn't happened (I may be rather conservative in risking it). Seems like you would have to TRY to mess it up. The pen feels very solid and magnetic caps have a very satisfying "snap." It's a great value for what you get.
I love this pen!!
This is my very first flex nib; I got the ultraflex. I love it!!! I am using it basically every day for hours, which does lead to hand cramps and I will try a different pen to see if that is it or if I just need to stop being so obsessive. It's so pretty! I downloaded a couple faux calligraphy templates online and am working through them. It takes my writing to another level. The line variation is gorgeous, and the ebonite feed can hang with my regular Diamine inks, unfortunately not with my Shimmertastics, but I assume that is to be expected. I will try another of the FPRs soon. I just love it so!
