Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the US on orders over $49 and international orders over $149 if they are under 0.5lb (225g) excluding Mexico and India. We do not ship paper products internationally under the "free shipping" option. Orders generally ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS at carrier established rates. Each shipment is guaranteed to arrive safely and in a timely fashion. This means if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged we will replace the item at our cost. FPR is not responsible for any customs duties that international orders may incur. All shipments have tracking via either USPS or UPS. If you did not receive your tracking number we are happy to provide one upon request.

Guarantee on defects:
We guarantee each pen we sell to be new/unused and in proper writing condition. If you receive a pen that is not working properly we will gladly replace any defective parts or products.
Returns:
If you are not happy with the products you have purchased you can return any un-inked pens or items in new condition to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. A return must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase. If your pen has been inked and is without defect but you are unhappy with it contact us and we can discuss options. The return of non-defective items is subject to a restocking fee of the actual cost of shipping in cases where free shipping was applied to the order. Postage for any returns is not covered by FPR and is the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product or purchase. In addition, we cannot accept pens or nibs if they have been modified in any way.

Fantastic 14k Gold #6 ultra flex nib
This is the nib I've been searching for, incredible flex, it dances over paper. Visited the store, Kevin and staff were friendly and very helpful, I'll be a repeat customer..............
Great Pen at a Fantastic Price
This has become one of my favorite pens. Quality made and with an exceptional nib. The only negative is that it makes me sad thinking of how much more I paid for many of my inferior “big brand name” pens. 😀
Best flex nib
The 14k ultra flex is the BEST flex nib I’ve ever used. It’s soft, but not a wet noodle, it’s an extra fine line, but is not scratchy at all. If you love flex, give this a try!
writes smooth as butter
I love this pen. I bought the flex nib with the ebonite feed and it feels amazing. I'm used to the pressure I have to put using the steel flex nibs and this pen glides by comparison. I love the control this pen gives, its the most precise pen I own, just barely beating my pilot fa nib (my other favorite fountain pen). My only gripes are that the pen is a tiny bit too small and the converter doesn't hold enough ink. I wish the grip section was a tiny bit longer since I have bigger hands. If you get a flex nib it will eat up ink very very quickly. This capacity goes hand in hand with the size constraints ive mentioned earlier. These problems aren't big deals, but there's always room for improvement, even with an almost perfect product like this.
